Notes:
•Your service provider may retain your phone’s security code for customer service purposes. In this case, you will not be able to use phone features that require you
to enter the security code.
• If the unlock code is the only code you can change, the New Passwords menu is not available. In this case, change the unlock code by selecting
M> Settings > Security > Phone Lock > Unlock Code.
To change a code or password:

If You Forget a Code or
Password
If you forget your security code, contact your service provider.
If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last four digits of your phone number. If that does not work, do the following at the Enter Unlock Code prompt:
