To change which fields are sent:

1From the main menu, select PT Manager > Configure > PTT My Info > Info to Send.

2A checkmark appears next to the fields that will be sent. To add or remove the checkmark, select the field.

3When you are finished, press A under Done.

Automatic Sending

To control whether your information is sent automatically:

1From the main menu, select PT Manager > Configure > PTT My Info > Auto Send.

2To set your information to be sent automatically, set this option to On. -or-

3To set your information to be sent only when you choose to send it, set this option to Off.

When you make a Private call in which your information is sent automatically, the name you entered in the My Name field of My Info appears on the display of the recipient’s phone, even if your name and Private ID are not stored in the recipient’s Contacts.

Quick PTT lets you quickly access any Private IDs on your phone so that you can make a Private call, or create a SDG list and make a SDG call. For more information about SDG lists, see “Selective Dynamic Group (SDG) Calls” on page 65.

To view a list of Contacts and SDG lists with Private IDs in Contacts:

From the main menu, select PT Manager > Quick PTT. -or-

From the main menu, select Quick PTT.

To move between Contacts, the recent calls list, and Memo:

Scroll left or right. -or-Press * or #.

To make a Private call or SDG call:

1Select the entries you want.

2Press A under Done.

3Press the PTT button.

To save your selections as a SDG list:

1Press m.
