Message Editor
The Message Editor is used to compose text messages.
The Message Editor can be started in any one of the following ways:
•By selecting Message Editor from the Messages menu.
•By pressing . from any screen.
•By replying to a message.
•By editing a message.
The Message Editor always displays the last message you entered or edited. After typing your message, press (to access menu options for sending the message (see “Sending Text Messages” on page 37), storing it so you can send it at a later time (see “Storing a Text Message” on page 39), or storing it as a personal (canned) message (see“Creating Personal (Canned) Messages” on page 46).
By pressing the ™key while composing a message, you can access menu options for inserting emoticons and personal messages into your message, see “Inserting Messaging Emoticons” on page 42 and “Inserting Personal Messages” on page 46.
