Entering Notes

To create a new ring tone, use the keypad keys to enter notes.

Each entry includes 3 parts:

•the length—the higher the number, the longer the note is held

•the frequency—C, D, E, F, G, A, B, on the musical scale

•the octave—the higher the number, the higher the octave

Press a key 1through 7to generate the note, then press 8or 9to set the length and 0to set the octave, as described in the following lists.
