Inserting Pictures and Ring Tones in a Text Message

You can insert pictures, animations, sounds, vcards, or vcalendars into a text message as you type it.

Notes: The recipient’s phone may not be able to display the pictures or play the ring tones in your message.

Inserting a Picture or Ring Tone

Enter your message as usual. When you want to insert a picture or ring tone:

	Press	To
1	M	open the Message Menu
2	S	scroll to Insert	Messages
3	SELECT (+)	display a list of item types you
		can insert
4	S	scroll to the desired item
			and
5	SELECT (+)	select the item type
6	S	highlight the specific item you	Chat
		want
7	SELECT (+)	insert the item

Inserted pictures and animations display in the message, while ring tones display ê (sound file indicator).
