To activate your SIM Card PIN:
1Press . Scroll to and select Settings,
then Security.
2Scroll to SIM PIN and press CHANGE.
3On is highlighted, press SELECT. Enter
your four digit PIN, this is preset to
1111. Press OK
Note: If you enter an incorrect PIN
code, three times in a row, your
SIM Card is disabled and your phone
displays SIM Blocked.
To turn your phone on once SIM Card
PIN is activated:
1When you switch your phone on,
Enter PIN will appear in your display.
2Enter the four-digit PIN Code and
press OK.
To change your SIM Card PIN:
1Press . Scroll to and select Settings.
2Scroll to Security and press SELECT.
3Scroll to New Passwords and press
Select, then scroll to SIM PIN and
press CHANGE.
4Enter your current PIN and press OK.
5Enter your new PIN code and press
OK. Enter the new code again and
press OK.

a four-digit PIN (Personal Identification
Number) will be requested each time you
switch your phone on. This PIN is preset
to 1111. To increase your phone’s
security you can change the PIN to a
number only you know.

What if I enter the wrong PIN?
If you enter an incorrect SIM Card PIN or
PIN2 three times in a row, your SIM Card
will block. You will need a PUK(personal
unblocking key) to unblock your SIM Card.

if you are a pay monthly customer or
07973 100 450 if you are a pay as you go
customer for details on how to unblock
your phone.
Do not attempt to guess the PUK code. If
you enter your PUK code incorrectly 10
times in a row, you will permanently block
your SIM Card and you may have to
return your phone to Orange.
