messages we may monitor or record communications. Where we have good reason to believe such communication is unsolicited you agree we may but are not obliged to block such communication.
roaming Services outside the UK
3.9Roaming relies on the telecommunications systems of foreign networks, over which we have no control. We cannot therefore offer any guarantees about Roaming services.
3.10If you use Services from a country outside the UK your use of the Services may be subject to different laws and regulations that apply in that other country. Orange is not liable for your failure to comply with those laws or regulations.
