DCA-25SSAI — GENERATOR SHUTDOWN PROCEDURE

ENGINE SHUTDOWN

To shutdown the generator, use the following procedure:

1.Switch both the MAIN, GFCI and LOAD circuit breakers (Figure 52) to the “OFF” position.

2.Set the engine throttle lever to (low) position.

3.Let the engine cool by running it for 3-5 minutes with no load applied.

4.Turn the ignition key to ‘STOP’ (Figure 53).

5.Remove the load from the UVW terminal strip.
