Im Folgenden sind die Hauptkomponenten des Motors zur Information aufgeführt (Abb. 5). Genaue Anweisungen zu Betrieb und Wartung finden Sie im Motorhandbuch des Herstellers. Der abgebildete Motor ist ein Briggs-&-Stratton- Vanguard-Dieselmotor.

1.Kraftstofffilter — verhindert das Eindringen von Schmutz und anderen Fremdkörpern in das Einspritzsystem.

2.Ölfilter — verhindert das Eindringen von Schmutz und anderen Fremdkörpern in das Motoröl.

3.Ölmessstab — herausziehen, um Füllstand und Zustand des Öls im Kurbelgehäuse zu prüfen. Zugänglich nach Anheben des Sitzes.

4.Einspritzpumpe — fördert Kraftstoff mit konstantem Druck zu den Einspritzdüsen.

5.Schwungrad — zum Anschluss des Hydraulikmotors.

6.Einspritzdüsen — spritzen den Kraftstoff in die Verbrennungskammern.

7. Kühlmitteltemperaturg eber — m i s s t d i e Kühlmitteltemperatur.

8.Drehzahlverstellhebel — begrenzt die Motordrehzahl (Leerlauf hoch oder niedrig) über einen mit dem Einspritzsystem verknüpften Drehzahlregler.

9.Ölablass — zum Ablassen des Motoröls. Altöl und Ölfilter immer umweltgerecht entsorgen. Altöl darf NICHT auf den Erdboden oder in die Kanalisation fließen.

10.Luftfilter — verhindert das Eindringen von Schmutz und anderen Fremdkörpern in das Einspritzsystem.

11.Lüfter — fördert Frischluft zum Kühler.

12.Kühlmitteleinlass — fördert Kühlmittel über den Kühler.

13.Öleinfüllverschluss — abnehmen, um Motoröl nachzufüllen.

14.Turbolader — liefert zusätzliche Leistung im Vergleich zu selbstansaugenden Motoren.

WARNUNG

Motorkomponenten können starke Hitze erzeugen. Diese Bereiche NICHT bei laufendem Motor sowie unmittelbar nach dem Betrieb berühren, um Verbrennungen zu vermeiden. Den Motor NIE anlassen, wenn der Abgasschalldämpfer demontiert ist.

15.Elektrischer Anlasser — startet den Motor, wenn der Zündschlüssel auf die „Start“-Position gedreht wird.

16.Generator — versorgt das Elektriksystem mit Strom und lädt die Batterie.

17.Riemenspannschrauben — herausdrehen, um den Lüfterriemen zu spannen.

18.Lüfterriemen — bei Zerfransen oder Verschleiß ersetzen.
