2.Kontermutter und Vierkantstellschraube mit Kegelspitze lösen.

3.Oberteil des Flügelglätters vorsichtig von der Nabenbaugruppe abheben. Die Nabenbaugruppe ggf. durch einen leichten Schlag mit einem Gummihammer von der Hauptantriebswelle lösen.

Demontage der Glättflügel

Glättflügel durch Entfernen der drei Sechskantschrauben (Abb. 38) vom Flügelarm demontieren. Flügel aufbewahren.

Demontage der Flügelarme

1.Die Befestigungselemente zwischen Stabilisatorring und Flügelarm demontieren (Abb. 39).

2.Am Nabenstern sind die Flügelarme jeweils mit einer Sechskantschraube (Schmiernippel) und einem Spannstift befestigt. Beide vom Nabenstern demontieren (Abb. 40).

3.Flügelarm aus Nabenstern herausziehen.

4.Kommt der Flügelarmeinsatz (Bronzebuchse) mit dem Flügelarm zusammen heraus, die Buchse vom Flügelarm lösen und sicher aufbewahren. Bleibt die Buchse im Nabenstern stecken, diese vorsichtig herausziehen.

5.Die bronzene Flügelarmbuchse (Abb. 41) untersuchen und falls nötig reinigen. Unrunde oder abgenutzte Buchsen ersetzen.

6.Betonablagerungen von allen sechs Seiten des Flügelarms mit der Drahtbürste entfernen. Dies bei allen Armen durchführen.
