Scherpstellen, zoomen en scherptediepte

Voor u scherpstelt, draait u aan de zoomring om de brandpuntsafstand aan te passen tot de gewenste compositie gekadreerd is. Als uw camera is uitgerust met een knop of hendel voor een scherptediepte voorbeeld (stop-down), kunt u een voorbeeld bekijken van de scherptediepte via de zoeker van de camera.

•Dit objectief is uitgerust met een intern scherpstelsysteem (IF). Naarmate de opnameafstand afneemt, neemt de brandpuntsafstand ook af.

•De afstandsschaal geeft niet de precieze afstand weer tussen het onderwerp en de camera. De waarden vormen een schatting en dienen alleen als richtlijn te worden beschouwd. Bij het fotograferen van een verafgelegen landschap kan de scherptediepte de werking beïnvloeden en kan een onderwerp scherp lijken op een plaats die dichterbij is dan oneindig.

•Wanneer de zoomvergrendeling ingesteld is op de stand LOCK bij een brandpuntsafstand van 28mm, is de zoomring vergrendeld. Vergrendel tijdens het dragen van de camera de zoomring om te verhinderen dat het objectief verlengt door zijn eigen gewicht.

De diafragma instellen

Gebruik het fototoestel om de instellingen van de diafragma aan te passen.

Variabele maximale diafragma's

Wanneer u het objectief zoomt van 28mm naar 300mm, vermindert het maximale diafragma met 1 1/3 stop.

Het is echter niet nodig de instellingen van het diafragma aan te passen om een juiste belichting te verkrijgen, omdat de camera deze variabele automatisch compenseert.
