checked
when:
* A new
battery
is
installed.
* A camera
is
about
to
be used
after
a long period
of
storage.
* It
is
suspected
that
the
b
attery
has been depl
ete
d
after
a long p
er
iod
of
use.
Press
the
b
attery
check
button
on
the
back
of
the
camera.
A built-in
battery
checker lets
you
check
the
condition
of
the
b
attery.
Depress
the
white
butt
on
and
the
signal lamp will glow with a bright
ora
nge
li
g
ht
, indi cating
that
the
b
attery
has been properly
in
serted and its p
ower
is
ade
quat
e.
Th
e
battery
can be
tested
regardless
of
the
position
of
film-advance lever
and
shutter-release
button
lock.
