General Camera Setup

The Setup Menu

Press the dbutton Mz(setup) tab Mkbutton

The following settings can be changed in the setup menu by selecting the ztab.

	Option	Description	A
General	Welcome screen	Allows you to select whether or not a welcome screen is	E40
		displayed when the camera is turned on.
Camera	Time zone and date	Allows you to set the camera clock and select the home and	E41
		destination time zones.
	Monitor settings	Allows you to adjust photo information display and monitor	E45
Setup		Allows you to imprint the shooting date and time on images.
	Print date		E47
		brightness settings.
	Electronic VR	Allows you to select the electronic vibration reduction setting	E48
		used when shooting still images.
	Motion detection	Allows you to set whether or not the camera automatically increases	E50
		the shutter speed to reduce blurring caused by camera shake when
		motion is detected when shooting still images.
	AF assist (L26 only)	Allows you to enable and disable the AF-assist illuminator.	E51
	Sound settings	Allows you to adjust sound settings.	E52
	Auto off	Allows you to set the amount of time that passes before the	E53
		monitor turns off to save power.
