Viewing Pictures on TV

The supplied audio video (A/V) cable can be used to connect the camera to a television or video recorder for playback or recording. The optional High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI) cable (0 333) or a type C HDMI cable (available separately from third-party suppliers) can be used to connect the camera to high-definition video devices.

Standard Definition Devices

Before connecting the A/V cable to a standard television as shown, confirm that the camera video standard (0 281) matches that used in the TV. Always turn the camera off before connecting or disconnecting the A/V cable.

Tune the television to the video channel, then turn the camera on and press the Kbutton. During playback, images will be displayed on the television screen. Note that the edges of images may not be displayed.
