Choose the role played by the Fn button.

		Fn button
	Option	Description
	Image	Keeping the Fn button pressed, rotate the
		command dial to select image quality and size

		(0 90).
w	ISO	Keeping the Fn button pressed, rotate the
	sensitivity	command dial to select ISO sensitivity (0 99).
	White	Keeping the Fn button pressed, rotate the
m		command dial to select white balance (P, S, A, and M
	balance
		modes only; 0 137).
	Active	Keeping the Fn button pressed, rotate the
!		command dial to select Active D-Lighting (P, S, A,
	D-Lighting
		and M modes only; 0 133).
$ HDR		Keeping the Fn button pressed, rotate the
		command dial to adjust HDR (P, S, A, and M modes
		only; 0 135).
		If image quality is set to JPEG fine, JPEG normal,
		or JPEG basic, an NEF (RAW) copy will be recorded
		with the next picture taken after the Fn button is

&+NEF (RAW) pressed. To exit without recording an NEF (RAW)

copy, press the Fn button again. This option has no effect in the following special effects modes: %, S, T, U, ', (, and 3.
