EVoice Memo

Use the camera’s built-in microphone to record voice memos for images. When you select an image with a voice memo attached, you can play back the voice memo.

•If you select an image that has no voice memo, the voice memo recording screen is displayed; if you select an image that has a voice memo (i.e., an image indicated by pin full-frame playback mode), the voice memo playback screen is displayed.

Recording Voice Memos

• Tap W to record a voice memo up to about 20

seconds in length.

 

• Do not touch the built-in microphone during

 

recording.

 

• To exit without recording voice memos, tap J.

 

• During recording, oflashes in the monitor.

• Recording ends when S is tapped during recording.

 

• When recording ends, the voice memo playback

 

screen is displayed. Follow the instructions in “Playing

 

Voice Memos” (E59) to play the voice memo.
