cWelcome Screen

Tap the dtab MTap z(Setup menu) McWelcome screen

Choose whether or not a welcome screen is displayed when the camera is turned on.

Option

Description

None

The camera enters shooting or playback mode without displaying

(default setting)

the welcome screen.

COOLPIX

The camera displays a welcome screen and enters shooting or

playback mode.

 

 

Displays an image selected for the

 

welcome screen. When the image

 

selection screen is displayed, select

 

an image and tap I.

 

• On the image selection screen,

 

tap nor rotate the zoom control

 

to g(i) to switch to full-frame

 

playback, and tap oor rotate the

•As the selected image is stored in the camera, it will be displayed when the camera is turned on even if the original image is deleted.

•Pictures taken at an Image mode (A64) setting of

z5120×2880, and copies created at a size of 320 × 240 or smaller using the small picture (E24) or crop (E25) function, cannot be used.
