SPECIAL

The SPECIAL menu is used to configure transmitters for interval timer photography and to choose the maximum duration for bulb pho- tography, or to configure receivers to relay transmitter commands to a second receiver and to choose the delay before the shutter is released in response to transmitter commands.

Interval Timer Photography

Configure transmitters to release the shutters of remote cameras automatically at preset intervals.

1Select SPECIAL on the transmitter.

Press the MENU button on the transmitter to display the menus, then highlight SPECIAL and press 2.

2Select INT.

In the transmitter SPECIAL menu, highlight INT and press 2to display the options shown at right.

3Choose the interval.

Highlight INTERVAL and press 2. The op- tions shown at right will be displayed; press 4 or 2 to highlight minutes or seconds and 1 or 3 to change. Choose an interval longer than the slowest anticipated shutter speed

(maximum 60 minutes) and allow time for the camera to record images, as the camera may be forced to skip intervals if the time allotted is too short. Press zto return to the interval timer menu when settings are complete.
