The SW10JM Joist Mount subwoofer includes the following items:

•1 Passive Subwoofer

•1 MicroPerf™ ceiling grille with frame

•1 floor/cabinet grille

•1 set of mounting brackets (front/rear)

•1 cardboard placement template

•1 Trim-out panel

•All necessary hardware
