CONTROLE ET REGLAGE DE LA HAUTEUR DU BALAI LATERAL

1.Contrôler la hauteur du sol du balai latéral, en procédant comme suit :

•Porter la machine sur un sol plat et baisser le balai latéral.

•Tout en gardant la machine en position d’arrêt, tourner le balai latéral pendant quelques secondes.

•Arrêter le balai latéral en appuyant sur l'interrupteur (1), puis le soulever et déplacer la machine.

•Contrôler que la trace laissée par le balai latéral est, en extension et orientation, comme indiqué dans la fi gure (A, Fig. 1) : le balai latéral doit toucher le sol pour un arc de cercle compris entre les positions “onze heures” et “trois heures” d'une montre.

•Au cas où la trace résulterait différente, procéder au réglage de la hauteur du balai, en procédant comme indiqué à partir du point 2.

2.Tourner la poignée (13) dans le sens des aiguilles d'une montre ou dans le sens contraire pour régler la hauteur du balai du sol.

3.Exécuter à nouveau le point 1 pour vérifi er le réglage de la hauteur du balai latéral du sol.

4.Lorsque l'usure excessive du balai n'en permet plus le réglage, le remplacer comme prévu au paragraphe suivant.

DEPOSE / REPOSE DU BALAI LATERAL

AVERTISSEMENT !

L’utilisation de gants de travail est conseilléeBC pendant le remplacement du balai latéral à

cause de la présence éventuelle de débris tranchants parmi les poils.

1. Porter la machine sur un sol plat.

2. Positionner l'interrupteur général (1) sur “0”.

3.Soulever le balai latéral.

4.Dévisser le pommeau (A, Fig. 2) dans le balai latéral,

puis déposer le balai (B) en le dégageant des trois pivots

(C).

5.Installer le nouveau balai dans la machine en l'engageant dans les pivots (C), puis visser la poignée

(A).

6.Régler la hauteur du nouveau balai en procédant comme indiqué dans le paragraphe précédent.
