Before you begin

CAUTION

Damage to Equipment

Do not plug your IP Phone 1150E into a regular telephone jack. This results in severe damage to the IP Phone. Consult your system administrator to ensure that you plug your telephone into a 10/100BaseT Ethernet jack.

CAUTION

Your IP Phone 1150E is designed for use in an indoor environment only.

Connecting the components of the phone

WARNING Your IP Phone 1150E is shipped with the base locked in position. To avoid damaging your phone, press the wall-mount lever, located under the base, to release the stand and pull it away from the phone.
