TFTP software updates for MOG600 Systems

The WLAN Application Gateway 2246 uses proprietary software programs. The software versions running on the system components can be displayed through the System Status screen of the WLAN Application Gateway 2246.

Nortel Networks provides information about software updates and how to obtain the software (for example, downloading from the Nortel Networks web site).

Follow the steps to load software updates for MOG600 systems.

Loading software updates for MOG600 Systems:

1Install a TFTP Server on a LAN-connected system.

2Consult the server vendor’s documentation for information about TFTP.

3Once the software update is obtained from Nortel Networks, load the software in a location that is accessible by the TFTP program.

4To configure the host and start the download, select the TFTP Server Download Configuration option from the NetLink OAI System screen. See Figure 31 on page 105.
