37.8Rewind a DVD

To rewind a DVD:

1.If a DVD is already playing and you want to rewind it, select Forward/Back from the CD/DVD control panel.

2.Select Rewind. The DVD starts to rewind at double speed (2x).

3.Select Rewind again if you want to increase the rewind speed. You can keep selecting Rewind until you reach the maximum rewind speed (64x). (If you're rewinding at 64x and select Rewind again, rewinding stops and play resumes.)

4.Select Play to stop rewinding and resume playing the DVD.

37.9Stop and eject a DVD

To stop and eject a DVD:

1.If a DVD is already playing or is paused, select Stop from the CD/DVD control panel. The 8000i freezes the image.

2.Eject the DVD from the drive.
