Scene Mode

3Take the first picture.

The first picture is displayed in the first third of the monitor.

4Take the second picture.

Compose the next picture so that it overlaps the first picture.

Repeat until you have taken the necessary number of pictures to complete the scene.

End

5Press kwhen shooting is completed.

The camera returns to step 2.

End

BPanorama Assist

Flash mode, self-timer, focus and exposure compensation settings cannot be adjusted after the first shot. Pictures cannot be deleted, nor can zoom, image quality (A76), or image size (A77) be adjusted until the series is finalized.

The panorama series is terminated if the camera enters standby mode with the auto off function

(A107) during shooting. Setting the time allowed to elapse before the auto off function is enabled to a longer setting is recommended.

DExposure Lock

Ris displayed to indicate that focus, exposure, and white balance have been locked at the values applied with the first shot. All pictures taken in a panorama series have the same focus, exposure, and white balance settings.

DPanorama Maker

Install Panorama Maker from the supplied Software Suite CD. Transfer pictures to a computer (A63) and use Panorama Maker (A66) to join them in a single panorama.
