System Sounds

The recorder beeps to alert you to button operations or warn you of errors. System sounds may be turned off.

				Press the FOLDER/MENU button for 1 second or
			1 longer.
				The menu opens (→ P.50).
				Press the FF/+ or REW/– button to
				open the system sound setup
			3,5 2 screen (BEEP).
	PLAY		2,4 Press the REC/SET button.
	STOP	INDEX
6	FOLDER		3	The system sound setup process begins.
	/MENU	ERASE		Press the FF/+ or REW/– button to
1
			4 choose between ON and OFF.

5 Press the REC/SET button to complete the setup process.

6 Press the STOP button to close the menu.

Note

If the alarm playback function has been set, the alarm will sound at the scheduled time even if system sounds are turned off.
