Viewing the Channel Profile

In the MGW 2400 EMS Main window, click the Channels tab; the Channels list appears displaying the current channel profile as follows.

Channel Name. The name you assigned when you added the channel.

Description. Displays the channel type, the slot number and the interface where the video source is connected.

State. Displays the channel state.

Error Status. Displays the channel's status.

To view a channel error:

1.Select the relevant channel.

2.Right-click the selected channel; a shortcut menu appears.
