8 The messages shown in the figures below will be displayed if the color temperature of the subject is lower than 2500K or higher than 5600K.
The down [ ] arrow indicates a color temperature which is lower than the one displayed; conversely, the up [Ÿ] arrow indicates a color temperature which is higher than the one dis- played.

If a lens equipped with the automatic iris function is used, the iris may experience hunting1). In these cases, adjust the iris gain knob (the knob marked IG, IS, S, etc.) on the lens.

1)Hunting: The auto iris responds repeatedly causing the image to become darker and brighter.
