Setting up the Power Save Mode

The Power Save Mode can automatically turn the camera off if it has not been used for a predetermined amount of time.

SELECT SET EXIT MENU

1Press the [MENU] button.

2Press 1 to open the setup menu.

3Press 3/4 to select [POWER SAVE].

4Press 2/1 to choose the setting time.

•[2 MIN.]

•[5 MIN.]

•[10 MIN.]

•[OFF]: The power is not turned off automatically.

5Press the [MENU] button.

•The menu will disappear.

•If you want to cancel the power save mode, turn the power switch to [ON] again after turning it to [OFF], or press the shutter button.

•When using the AC adaptor/connecting to a PC/recording a motion image/playing back a motion image/during slide show, the power save mode is not available.

•In simple mode [ ], the power save is fixed to [2 MIN.].
