Browsing Phonebooks by Name orLocation

Youcan search the phonebook by either Name or Location.

Thedefault setting for browsing is “Names”. All Phonebook

entrieswill be listed in alphabetical order of both SIM and

MobilePhonebook merged. When browsing by name pressing

alettered key will take you to the first entry starting with that

letter.

When“Menu” is displayed in the option area of the display:

3Fftotoggle between “Names” and “Loc’ns”

Retrieving a Number

1Whenin standby:

3Fetobrowse through the Phonebook

NOTE:The Phonebook you last viewed will be the default when you

nextpress A. To change the default, use the Phonebook menu to

selecta particular phonebook.

Onceyou have selected a phone number or name, there are a

numberof actions that you can perform. You can dial the

selectednumber by pressing D.
