Deleting Reminders

1FromIdle mode press Q, select Schedule and press Q

2Usegto select the required date of the reminder and press

3Useeto select the reminder to be deleted and press Q

4Useeto select Delete press Qtwice

Setting a Holiday Reminder

1FromIdle mode press Q, select Schedule and press Q

2Usethe Navigation key (g) to select the day of your holiday

andpress Q

3Useeto select Function and press Q

4Useeto select Holiday Set and press Q

5Useeto select Day,Day of the Week and press Qthree

timesto update the Holiday List

Repeatprocess for each day of holiday as required

Deleting Holiday Reminders.

Todelete holiday reminders:

1FromIdle mode press Q, select Schedule and press Q

2Usethe Navigation key (g) to select the day of your holiday

tobe deleted and press Q

3Useeto select Function and press Q

4Useeto select Holiday Set and press Q

5Useeto select Holiday List, select date for deletion press Q

twice

Todelete ALL Holiday Reminders select AllClear and press

Qtwice

Note:To indicate that a holiday reminder has been set, the date/s

willbe encapsulated in a clear box.
