≥The resized still picture is saved with a new file number.

≥Still picture with picture size of and panorama still picture cannot be resized.

Corrects eye color when they appear red in still pictures (red-eye phenomenon).

1Select the still picture to undergo red-eye correction using the thumbnail screen.

≥Move the yellow frame over the still picture which is to undergo red-eye correction.

2Select the menu.

[MENU]:

2# [RED-EYE CORRECT.] # [CORRECTION]

≥A correction confirmation screen appears. Check the correction

location, which is surrounded by a red frame, and press the SET button.

3Select the saving method and press the SET button.

[SAVE AS NEW]: The corrected still picture is saved as a new still picture.

[OVERWRITE]: The original still picture is deleted and only the corrected still picture is saved.

≥Red-eye cannot be corrected in panorama still pictures or still pictures recorded with [CREATIVE CONTROL] set to HDRP (HDR Paint (HDRP)).

≥Because the unit automatically corrects the portion it recognizes as requiring correction, it may not always make the correction correctly.
