Finding Items in the Phonebook
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 13) and the unit is in the standby mode.
1Press to enter the phonebook.
The first item is displayed.
2Press or until the desired name
is displayed.
You can also search for the item by initial.
To exit the phonebook, press .

is displayed.
All phonebook items are sorted in the
following order.
To search for a name by initial
1Press to enter the phonebook.
The first item is displayed.
2Press the dialling button for the first
letter of the desired name until any name
with the same initial is displayed.
The letters are printed on the dialling
buttons.
Ex. To find “Felix”, press repeatedly
until the first item under “F” is displayed.
3Press until the desired name is
displayed.

If “No Stored Memory” is displayed in
step 1, the phonebook is empty. The handset
will return to the standby mode.

Dialling from the Phonebook
