Note:
RWhen storing a calling card access number
and your PIN in the phonebook as one
phonebook entry, press MDN (Pause) to add
pauses after the number and PIN as
necessary (page 16).
RIf you have rotary/pulse service, you need
to press * (TONE) before pressing MN
in step 1 to change the dialling mode
temporarily to tone. When adding entries to
the phonebook, we recommend adding *
(TONE) to the beginning of phone numbers
you wish to chain dial (page 20).
Copying phonebookentries

You can copy phonebook entries between 2
handsets.
Copying an entry
1Find the desired entry (page 20). a MN
2MbN: “Copy” a MOKN
3MbN: Select the handset you want to send
the phonebook entry to. a MOKN
RWhen an entry has been copied,
“Completed” is displayed.
RTo continue copying another entry:
MbN: “Yes��� a MOKN a MbN: Select
the desired entry. a MOKN
4MeN
Copying all entries
1MN or MFN (W) a MN
2MbN: “Copy All” a MOKN
3MbN: Select the handset you want to send
the phonebook entry to. a MOKN
RWhen all entries have been copied,
“Completed” is displayed.
