Receiving Records

To exit online anytime without destroying data, press 5 until FORMAT? appears at the display.

1.Turn the printer on.

2.You'll see a message indicating the printer is ready to receive records.

WAITING

If you don't see the WAITING prompt:1

∙Turn the printer off then on again to see the WAITING prompt.

∙Refer to Chapter 4, "Special Operating Features" for instructions on using Format 90 and setting up your printer to receive records.
