Troubleshooting
If the following instructions fail to solve your problem, contact Pelco’s Product Support at
Access the properties dialog boxes for the NVR5100 on the Endura workstation; refer to the Endura WS5000 Advanced System Software Operation manual (C1624M). Then note the following items before contacting Pelco:
•Unit serial number: Located in the Properties window and on the product label
•Software version: Located in the Advanced Properties dialog box
NOTE: Do not try to repair the unit yourself. Opening it immediately voids any warranty. Leave maintenance and repairs to qualified technical personnel. Exchange the defective unit and return it for repair.

The unit status indicator continues to glow red after you correct the problem. It can be cleared from Endura workstations and VCD5000 video console displays.
POWER SUPPLY
The primary and secondary power supplies are both equipped with status indicators. Table D describes the status by color and indicator.
