WORKING WITH THE CLIENT PTZ CONTROL AND LISTENING TO LIVE AUDIO
NOTE: Using the remote client’s PTZ control to operate an audio-enabled camera will interrupt the ability to hear live audio from that camera.
To resume hearing audio:
1. Click an area of the camera pane (other than the center area that activates the PTZ black cross). Live audio is audible at the client in about
three seconds.
ADJUSTING THE CAMERA LENS
To adjust camera lens features:
Click the plus (+) or minus (-) button next to the zoom, focus, and iris function on the keypad.

ADJUSTING THE CAMERA ZOOM
To adjust camera zoom using the mouse:
Rotate the mouse wheel forward to zoom in and backward to zoom out.
Figure22 shows how to operat e the mouse to zoom in and out. You can also use keyboard shortcuts to operate the lens features of cameras such
as Pelco’s Spectra III. For more information about using keyboard shortcuts, refer to Using Keyboard Shortcuts to Operate PTZ and Lens Functions
on page56.
