• You can use the provided AV cable I-AVC7 or a commercially available HDMI cable to play back the recorded movies on a TV screen or other AV devices. (p.256)

•Even if you used an external microphone to record movie sound in stereo, monaural sound is played back when you output the movie via the PC/AV terminal. When you output the movie via the mini HDMI terminal, sound is played back in stereo.

Capturing a Still Picture from a Movie

You can capture a single frame from a movie and save it as a JPEG still picture.

Press the four-way controller (2) in Step 3 on p.177 to pause the movie, and display the frame to save as a still picture.

While paused, you can advance the movie in one-frame increments using the four-way controller (45).

The frame number and total number of frames appear at the top right of the screen.
