Recording by setting a timer through the TV guide

Recording a TV programme that you have been watching

While you watch live TV, press OK. The time shift bar appears.

Press the the Recording with a series link arrow key. to find the chapter where you want to start to record..

Press Manual background to start the record.

Recording a TV programme through the Time Shift Bar

While you watch live TV, press OK.

The time shift bar appears.

Press the yellow-coloured key to display the previous programmes.

Move to the desired programme by using

the Manual background / Manual background arrow keys.

Press OK to select the programme.

Press

. to start the record.

Manual background Note

Recording from the time shift buffer will record the full programme from beginning to the end, even if you start the recording after the programme has already begun. As this is a relatively complex operation, the box does not display the image while the buffer is transferring the start of the programme (to the hard disk). At the end of this operation, the playback will start again automatically at the point where you started the recording. The recorded programme will be indicated in red in the Time Shift bar.

Recording by setting a timer through the TV guide

Press Manual background on the remote control to go to the TV Guide.

Scroll to the programme you want to record.

Press Manual background on the remote control. Press EXIT several times to close the menus.

Recording with a series link

Press Manual background on the remote control to go to the TV Guide.

Press Manual background again to go to the 8 days TV Guide. Use the Manual background / Manual background / Manual background / Manual background arrow keys to scroll to the programme you want to record.

Press the red-coloured key.

If the programme is in a series, the Digital Terrestrial Receiver displays the following screen:

Select the action to perform:

Press the red-coloured key to record the current episode only.

Press the green-coloured key to record the whole series (see notes about limitations and conflicts).

Once you have pressed one of those two keys, the record is set.

Manual background Note: all record programming are called Timers recording. By pressing Timer button you could access to the list, check and correct decisions taken to resolve conflicts.
