Play from disc

Note
DVDs and DVD player s are designed w ith regional •
restric tions. Ensure t hat the DVD video y ou play is
for the same reg ion zone as the playe r (indicated on
its back).
This DVD player ca n support play o f the following

 le formats: MP3/WMA/ JPEG/DivX.
To play DVD-R, DVD+ R or DVD-RW, the disc m ust

be  nalized.

Play a disc

Caution
Never place any obj ects other th an discs into the •
disc compartment.
1 Press Z to open the disc compartment.
2 Insert a disc with its label facing up.
For double-sided disc, load the side to •
play faces up.
3 Press Z to close the disc compartment
and start disc play.
To view disc play, turn on the TV to •
the correct viewing channel for this
DVD player.
4 To stop disc play, press x.
Tip
If the passwor d entry menu is d isplayed, you have t o •
enter the pass word before it c an be played.
If you pause or sto p a disc for about 5 min utes, the
•
screen saver ac tivates. To deac tivate the scr een
saver, press DISC MENU.
After you paus e or stop a disc, if no b uttons
•
are pressed w ithin 15 minutes , this DVD player
automatica lly switches to s tandby mode.
