1 TouchSETUP and VISUAL and then
touchPARENTAL.
2 Touch09 to input the registered code
number.
3 TouchENTER.
Thisenters the code number, and you can now
changethe level.
#Ifyou input an incorrect code number, the
icon isdisplayed. Touch Cand input the cor-
rectcode number.

4 Touchany of 18 to select the desired

If you forget your code number

Referto Changing the level on this page, and
touchC10 times. The registered code number
iscanceled, letting you register a new one.
Setting for digital output
Setdigital output correctly to match the com-
ponentsyou are using with this unit. There is
noneed to change settings if this unitis not
connectedfor digital output.
!Whenusing this unit with a Pioneer multi-
channelprocessor (DEQ-P8000), select
DOLBY/LPCM.
!Whenusing this unit with a head unit fea-
turesdigital input (e.g., DEX-P9), select
LPCM.
