Selecting the SIRIUS channelselect mode
Youhave two methods for selecting a channel:
bynumber and by category. When selecting
bynumber, channels in any category can be
selected.Select by category to narrow your
searchdown to only channels in a particular
category.
%PressSAT MODE repeatedly to select
thedesired channel select setting.
MODECH NUMBER (channel number select
setting)—MODECATEGORY (channel cate-
goryselect setting)
Note
Youcan also perform this operation in the menu
thatappears by using MULTI-CONTROL.

Selectinga channel in the channel

category

1 Selectthe channel select settings to
MODECATEGORY.

2 PushMULTI-CONTROL up or down to
selectthe desired channel category.
3 PushMULTI-CONTROL left or right to
selectthe desired channel in the selected
channelcategory.
Using the Game Alert function
Onlywhen SIR-PNR2/SIR-PNR2C is connected
tothis unit, you can operate this function.
Thisunit can alert you when games involving
yourfavorite teams areabout to start. To use
thisfunction you need in advance to set up a
gamealert for the teams.

Selectingteams for Game Alert

1 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
TEAMSETTING in the function menu.
2 PressMULTI-CONTROL to display the
settingmode.
3 PressMULTI-CONTROL to select a de-
siredleague.
4 TurnMULTI-CONTROL to select a de-
siredteam.
#Youcan also perform the same operations by
pushingMULTI-CONTROL up or down.
5 Pressand hold MULTI-CONTROL to turn
thegame alert of the selected team on.
Thegame alert function will start on that
team.
#Whenyou have already made 12 team selec-
tions,FULL is displayed and additional team se-
lectionis not possible. In this case, first delete
theteam selection and then try again.
6 Repeatthese steps for selecting other
teams.
Upto 12 teams can be selected.

Switchingthe Game Alerton or off

Onceyou made team selections, you need to
turnthe Game Alert function on.
!TheGame Alert function is on at the default
setting.
1 UseMULTI-CONTROL to select
GAMEALERT in the function menu.
2 Pressand hold MULTI-CONTROL to turn
theGame Alert on.
TheGame Alert function is now on.
#Toturn the Game Alert function off, press and
holdMULTI-CONTROL again.

Whenthe game of the selected team

starts

Whena game of the selected team is aboutto
start(or is currently playing) on a different sta-
tion,GAME ALERT is displayed. Press and
holdMULTI-CONTROL to switch to that sta-
tion,and you can listen to that game.
