Step 3.

Assign the IP pool for your DHCP server. Click Next.

For example:

If the LAN IP address is 192.168.0.1, the IP range of LAN is 192.168.0.2 to 192.168.0.51. The DHCP server assigns the IP form Start IP Address to End IP Address. The legal IP address range is form 0 to 255, but 0 are reserved as network name and 255 are reserved for broadcast. It implies the legal IP address range is from 1 to 254. That means you cannot assign an IP greater than 254 or less then 1.

Lease time 72 hours indicates that the DHCP server will reassign IP information in every 72 hours.

Step 4.

Enter the Parameters in BASIC –

VPI: 0

VCI: 32

AAL5 Encapsulation: LLC

Protocol: PPPoA + NAT or PPPoE +

NAT

Click Next to setup the ISP setting.

Step 5.

1.Enter user name provided by ISP: test

2.Enter Password provided by ISP: test

3.Re-enter Password for confirmation: test

The user name and password provided by your ISP.

4.Idle Time: 10

If you want your Internet connection to remain on at all time, enter 0 in the Idle Time field.

5.IP Type: Dynamic

6.Click Next.

Step 6.

The screen will prompt the new configured parameters. Check the parameters and click Restart. The router

will reboot with the new setting or press Continue to configure another parameters.
