Inaddition to exercise intensity, medications for
heartconditions, blood pressure, psychological
conditions,asthma, breathing, etc., as well as
someenergy drinks, alcohol, and nicotine may
alsoaffect heart rate.
Itis important to be sensitive to your body’s
responsesduring exercise. If you feel
unexpectedpain or excessive fatigue when
exercising,it is recommended that you stop
theexercise or continue at a lighter
intensity.
