shirt,but moisten the shirt well under the
electrodesto ensure flawless operation.
Thecombined impact of moisture and intense
abrasionmay cause a black color to come off the
heartrate sensor’ssurface, possibly staining
light-coloredclothes. If you use perfume or insect
repellenton your skin, you must ensure that it does
notcome into contact with the training computer or
theheart rate sensor.
Ifyou train in cold conditions (-20 °C to -10 °C / -4
°Fto 14 °F ) we recommend that you wear the
trainingcomputer under the sleeve of your jacket,
directlyon your skin.
Disturbancemay occur near electrical
devices.Also WLAN base stations may cause
interferencewhen training with training
computer.To avoid erratic reading or
misbehaviors,move away from possible sources

UsingRCX3 Training Computer in water: The
trainingcomputer is water resistant. However,
heartrate measurement does not work in water.
Youcan use the training computer under water
asa watch but it is not a diving instrument. To
maintainwater resistance, do not press the
buttonsof the training computer under water.
Usingthe training computer in excessive rainfall
mayalso cause interference.
