Code	Cause	Definition
21	Call rejected	The destination equipment is capable of
		accepting the call, but has rejected it for an
		unknown reason.
22	Number	The ISDN number used to set up the call is
	changed	no longer valid. (The diagnostic field of the
		message may return an alternate address
		assigned to the called equipment.)
26	Non-selected	The destination is capable of accepting the
	user clearing	call, but did not assign it to the user.
27	Destination out	A signaling message cannot be delivered
	of order	because the interface is not functioning
		correctly, and the destination cannot be
		reached. This condition might be temporary;
		for example, remote equipment might be
		turned off.
28	Invalid number	Destination address was incomplete or
	format	presented in an unrecognizable format,
		which prevented the connection from being
		established.
29	Facility rejected	The network cannot provide the facility
		requested by the user.
30	Response to	The equipment returns this message when it
	STATUS	receives a STATUS INQUIRY message.
	INQUIRY
31	Normal,	A normal event has occurred with no
	unspecified	standard cause applying. No resulting
		action is required.
34	No	The call cannot be taken because no
	circuit/channel	appropriate channel is available to establish
	available	the connection.
38	Network out of	A network problem prevented the call from
	order	reaching its destination. Attempts to
		reconnect will probably fail until the network
		problem is corrected.
41	Temporary	A network error occurred. The problem will
	failure	be resolved shortly. Attempts to reconnect
		may succeed.
