Front Panel Communications Access

Before you access the front panel, review the following configurations and note the indicator that corresponds with the communication mode.

NOTE Only the Printer mode front panel options change the baud rate. Use the UPS Serial Communications Menu to select other baud rates (see page 48).

FRONT PANEL COMMUNICATION OPTIONS

Printer Mode, 2400 Baud, Novell Contacts

Select this mode for the OnliNet9 or LanSafe software.

Any baud rate other than 2400 or 19200 with Printer mode, or not Printer mode.
