Following are driver installation procedures for the Windows operating systems that support the FastTrak TX Series RAID Controller card. The FastTrak drivers for Windows are included on the CD.

Drivers and installation instructions for Linux are downloadable from the Promise website at www.promise.com.

Important

If you wish to include your current bootable drive using the Windows 2000, XP or Server 2003 operating system as part of a bootable Mirrored (RAID 1) disk array, you MUST install the FastTrak driver to this drive while it is still attached to your existing disk drive controller.
