GSM/GPRS Modem Configuration

8.Enter the name of the APN, as supplied by the GSM/GPRS service pro- vider, in the box. Then click on the OK button, and the APN manager will disappear.

9.Remove the battery from the netpad (for instructions, see “Changing Battery Packs” on page 15).

10.Insert the SIM card into the SIM card slot (for detailed instructions, see “Installing And Removing The SIM Card” on page 17).

11.Replace the battery into the netpad. The netpad will boot up.

12.The “Registering to Network” message should appear. If registration is successful, the message “Setting APN” will be displayed briefly. If reg- istration fails, the “Could not register with” message will appear.
