REVIEWING CALLER ID RECORDS
You can view the Caller ID list during a call or when
the phone is on-hook.
The top line of each record shows the date, time
and the number of calls from that number received
if you have not yet reviewed the record. The second
line shows the caller’s name (if available), and the
third line shows the caller’s phone number. Ô
1. Press CID/. The numbers of the new and total
records appear.
2. To review the records in chronological order
(from new to old or from old to new), repeatedly
press to scroll through the records from the
newest to the oldest, or to scroll back
through the records.
To review the records in alphabetical order,
select the desired message, and press the
number key with the letter that corresponds to
the first letter of the desired record. Ô
3. To exit the Caller ID review, press CID/ (if you
view the Caller ID list during a call) or END. Ô
CALLER ID MESSAGES
Ô NOTES Ô
The Caller ID record’s
number appears next to
the received time. Once
you have reviewed the
new message, the
number is cleared and
disappears.
Once you view the
Caller ID list in
alphabetical order, you
cannot switch back to
chronological order
unless you exit and re-
enter the operation.
If you do not press a key
within 30 seconds during
any operation, the
phone exits the Caller ID
review mode and returns
to the call (if you were
talking on the phone).
If you press END while
talking on the phone, the
phone exits the Caller ID
review mode and the call
is disconnected.
