Using Caller ID
Ô NOTES Ô
•The Caller ID record’s number appears next to the received time. Once you have reviewed the new message, the number is cleared and disappears.
•Once you view the Caller ID list in alphabetical order, you cannot switch back to chronological order unless you exit and re- enter the operation.
•If you do not press a key within 30 seconds during any operation, the phone exits the Caller ID review mode and returns to the call (if you were talking on the phone).
•If you press END while talking on the phone, the phone exits the Caller ID review mode and the call is disconnected.
REVIEWING CALLER ID RECORDS
You can view the Caller ID list during a call or when the phone is
The top line of each record shows the date, time and the number of calls from that number received if you have not yet reviewed the record. The second line shows the caller’s name (if available), and the third line shows the caller’s phone number. Ô
1.Press CID/ . The numbers of the new and total records appear.
2.To review the records in chronological order
(from new to old or from old to new), repeatedly press to scroll through the records from the newest to the oldest, or to scroll back through the records.
To review the records in alphabetical order, select the desired message, and press the number key with the letter that corresponds to the first letter of the desired recordÔ.
3. To exit the Caller ID review, press CID/ (if you view the Caller ID list during a call) or END. Ô
