INSTALLATION

10)Insert a 5/32” or 4mm Allen wrench into the hexagonal key-way of the screw (Fig.

2), rotate it counter- clockwise until it is free and extract it.

11)Check that the screw is clean and if necessary remove dirt.

15)Re-assemble the black protection cap (Fig. 6).

16)Reverse step 2).

21)Unplug the Piezo Ignitor wire and remove Piezo Ignitor from the control panel.

12)Flip the screw (Fig. 3).

 

22) Plug up the Piezo Ignitor mounting hole

 

WARNING!

with the plastic plug.

Also check that the pilot and main

 

burner injectors are appropriate for

 

the gas type.

13) Using the Allen wrench as shown in Fig.4, rotate the screw clockwise until snug, do not overtighten.

WARNING!

Do not over tighten the screw. Recommended to

grip the wrench by the short side.

14)Verify that if the conversion is from NG to LPG, the screw must be re-assem- bled with the red o-ring visible (Fig. 5).

17)Attach the label "This unit has been converted to LPG" near or on top of the serial # decal.

18)Replace yellow "NG" label with red "LPG" label.

Installation of the DC Sparker:

19)Remove the back pedestal cover by unscrewing the 4 screws.

23)Connect the DC spark generator wires to the SIT Valve with the screw, which is provided in the kit.

24)Secure with screw.
